Erin is a general psychologist who utilises an eclectic, warm, and informal approach to encourage self-development and psychosocial well-being. She has experience working with a wide range of therapy goals, and strongly believes in the importance of a collaborative therapeutic alliance with her clients.

Erin has previously worked with individuals across the lifespan in private practice, public hospital, and community settings. She has experience supporting people who present with a range of challenges including anxiety, mood disorders, perinatal mental health, trauma-related difficulties, personality vulnerabilities, and relationship difficulties.

Erin utilises a trauma-informed collaborative approach to therapy, adopting skills and techniques from multiple evidence-based therapeutic approaches, and understands how to tailor such approaches to suit individual needs. These approaches include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Schema Therapy, and Interpersonal Psychotherapy. Erin is a Doctor of Psychology (Clinical) candidate and a member of the Australian Psychological Society.
